KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
4. Precisely follow Desktop Procedures and Procurement Policies to ensure quality and consistency.
5. Create purchase requisitions and issues purchase orders.
6. Partner with Accounts Payable to investigate and reconcile invoice and receiving transaction discrepancies.
7. Engage with the internal business partners to gather required data for completion of projects or other initiatives.
8. Provide strong customer service support to internal business partners and procurement stakeholders.
9. Provide recommendations and help drive process improvements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
10. 3+ years' experience in Procurement, Operations, or business-related field desired
11. Experience in creating purchase orders is desired.
12. Ability to identify key purchasing related issues.
13. Customer service experience.
14. Knowledge of the Source to Pay processes.
