Experienced Customer Service Assistant – Café

We're looking for an experienced and reliable Customer Service professional to join our busy bakery café team If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service, this could be the perfect role for you.
About the role:
You'll be the welcoming face of our bakery café — taking orders, serving customers, and ensuring every guest has a great experience. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where teamwork, efficiency, and a positive attitude are essential.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver friendly, attentive service to every customer
* Manage orders and till transactions accurately and efficiently
* Work closely with the bakery and barista team to maintain smooth operations
* Keep the café clean, organised, and well-presented at all times
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and presentation
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a busy café, bakery, or hospitality environment
* Strong track record of excellent customer service
* Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy rushes
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Reliable, punctual, and professional
* Full-time availability required – not suitable for students
