Trade Counter Assistant Our Client are currently seeking to recruit a candidate for Trade Counter Sales Assistant position for our Shop in Northpoint Business Park,. If you have a passion for sales, working with people and delivering excellent customer service, this is an excellent opportunity for you. You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment and will be expected to help customers with all their requirements. Job Duties Always provide excellent service to our customers, assisting with sales, queries and after sales support. Promoting special offers. Processing payments. Receiving deliveries and ensuring stock levels on shop floor are well maintained. Arranging, updating & restocking product displays. Handling customer complaints or handing customers on to management. Attend training sessions Carrying out additional duties as requested by management to meet business requirements Monday to Thursday 7.45 am - 5.15 pm Friday 7.45 am - 5.00 pm We are open a few Saturdays until the end of March 9.00 am to 1pm Requirements: Must have excellent customer care skills. Excellent communication skills. Must be enthusiastic and a quick learner. Must be able to multitask and be willing to help out where required in all areas of the store. Excellent people skills. Must be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative Possess a keen Interest in learning the range of the company's products and services.
