This position offers the opportunity to join a team as a skilled CRM Development Analyst, providing training and support to users of CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive training to CRM Help Desk teams and end-users on CRM system usage and processes.
">
* Develop and deliver engaging training courses and content using various media formats for support teams in the SAP CoE department.
">
* Investigate opportunities for standardizing and automating key learning aspects through eLearning platforms.
">
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to create, develop, and update training content on learning management systems.
">
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements as needed.
">
* Design and maintain an induction program for new SAP CoE Customer eXperience starters.
">
">
Requirements:
">
">
* A third-level qualification and/or training qualification.
">
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in financial services or related fields.
">
* Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
">
* Familiarity with interactive learning activities and a focus on continuous improvement.
">
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
