About the Role
The successful candidate will provide leadership and guidance to our Behaviour Support Team, working closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
* Developing and implementing person-centred plans to meet the needs of individuals with complex behavioural challenges;
* Liaising with families, carers and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and continuity of care;
