Job Overview
This role involves processing and managing financial transactions, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing management accounts.
You will also be responsible for banking reconciliations, VAT filings, and other ad hoc duties as required.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Process and manage financial transactions in multiple currencies
2. Maintain the general ledger and perform bank reconciliations
3. Prepare monthly management accounts and liaise with auditors on year-end accounts
4. Manage VAT, VIES, and Intrastat filings
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant with experience using accounting software
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* High-energy individual with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Strong interpersonal skills
