Process Excellence Engineer
As a Process Excellence Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality production of goods and services by implementing efficient processes and systems.
* You will design and develop Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) recipes to meet facility goals and standards.
* You will participate in testing and validation of MES recipes and related configurations to ensure accuracy and reliability.
* You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create deliverables such as design documents and validation reports.
* You will develop MES recipes to corporate design standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
* You will administer MES systems to third-party interfaces such as SAP, LIMS, and DeltaV.
* You will also be responsible for synchronizing MES system builds, equipment management, material handling, reporting, and inventory management.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Life Sciences.
* At least 5 years' experience as an MES Engineer.
* Experience with MES system design, configuration, and application of business processes in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
* Desirable: experience in process controls and/or information systems within manufacturing organizations in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries.
