Sales Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team and work closely with the Business Development Manager. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a pivotal part in driving success across Dublin, targeting ambitious sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets across automatics and access control solutions.
* Maximise sales opportunities by identifying and targeting key market sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, pharmaceutical, commercial, education, and government.
* Develop strong relationships with architects, specifiers, M&E consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure our products are specified in major projects.
* Apply commercial acumen to provide effective, profitable solutions tailored to customers' needs.
* Enhance product knowledge to align with our value proposition: Masters of Detail, Endlessly Reliable, Trusted Partners.
* Stay informed on competitors' offerings to position our client's competitive advantages.
* Follow up on estimated leads and CIS platform opportunities to secure high-yield orders.
* Conduct weekly appointments and proactive business development to maximise sales potential.
* Review estimates and collaborate with the BDM to ensure consistency, profitability, and alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years' field-based sales experience, ideally within automatics, access control, or related sectors.
* Existing relationships with contractors and architects, with a proven ability to leverage these networks to drive sales.
* Demonstrable track record of achieving ambitious sales targets in a competitive environment.
* Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
