EPS is expanding its recruitment team due to unprecedented growth. As a key member of this team, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR to identify and attract top talent across Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK.
The role involves a range of responsibilities including Talent Acquisition, Candidate Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Portfolio Development, Technical Expertise, Networking, and Compliance.
You will be expected to attend networking events and recruitment fairs, representing EPS and promoting our company culture to potential candidates.
