We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team, due to exciting growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver budgeted sales & margins through carefully planned business strategies.
* Develop and promote the return on investment (ROI) message across all customer interactions.
* Identify, build, and ensure success in every sales opportunity.
* Connect with economic buyers to understand the value proposition and secure necessary funding.
* Collaborate closely with partners to drive sales volume through their channels.
* Capitalise on regional and global collaborations to expand local market presence.
* Participate in promotional events, such as congresses, roadshows, and demonstrations, together with partners.
* Regularly forecast sales and proactively address shortfalls by providing solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of five years of experience in successful solution sales of software or capital goods.
* Ability to develop compelling value propositions.
* Medical / Hospital sales experience is advantageous, as is a history of engaging with medical professionals and higher-level executives.
* Experience in identifying opportunities for solution selling and driving sales towards customer decisions.
