We are looking for an enthusiastic receptionist to operate the front desk. This role requires a friendly, eager individual who is looking to gain reception experience in a professional environment. While based on reception, there are a mix of administration duties attached to this role which require great organisational skills as well as someone who is comfortable working with different databases.
Working hours: Mon to Fri (Some late evenings may be involved up to 7pm)
Duties include:
* Meet/ Greet
* Answering & directing calls (knowledge of Teams is useful)
* Managing busy inbox
* Scanning files - This clinic are making the change to become paper light
* Updating & maintaining case management system
* Diary management for 3 clinic rooms and weekly classes.
* Liaising with insurance companies regarding patients.
* Liaising with suppliers to order stock.
* Preparing clinic documents and scripting letters.
* Weekly social media updates from clinic
* Creating employee statement of billing at the end of each week
Role requirements:
* Reception experience is an advantage
* Great phone etiquette
* An upbeat, friendly & can do attitude
* A problem solving, and tech savvy mindset
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience using Microsoft Office a distinct advantage
* Good organisational skills
