Job Description
As a Technology Services Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the IT landscape of our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, such as cloud computing and AI, to create a more agile and responsive work environment.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale technology projects, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results within tight timelines.
You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of IT systems, ensuring they align with business needs and objectives. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy systems that meet the evolving needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage information technology and computer systems
* Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
* Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
* Liaise with IT Partners on contract and project requirements
* Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
* Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
* Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
* Act in alignment with business needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
* Audit systems and assess their outcomes
* Preserve assets, information security and control structures
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
Proven working experience as a Technology Services Lead or relevant experience
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware/software systems
Expertise in data management and data governance
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation
Ability to manage personnel
BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
Technical qualifications including Microsoft Azure and VMWare products
