Accenture is seeking a people-oriented Senior Sales Manager with a passion for proactive coaching to lead our multilingual Account Management team within Pinterest’s digital marketing environment. This exciting role offers the chance to mentor, inspire, and develop a talented team focused on driving measurable outcomes. In partnership with Pinterest, you will help businesses build brand awareness and boost sales through innovative ad solutions that effectively engage target audiences on this cutting-edge social media platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage KPIs and ensure deliverables exceed expectations and revenue targets.
* Autonomy to independently identify resources and effectively lead the team in resolving daily operational challenges, minimizing the need for frequent escalation to higher-level leadership.
* Identify business insights, develop and report gaps to goal actions.
* Identify strategic opportunities to enhance productivity and success.
* Oversee key client stakeholder management.
* Develop, coach, and manage your team to uphold operational excellence.
* Identify and hire top talent to maintain a high standard among Account Managers.
* Inspire your team with a results-driven approach, boosting individual and team performance.
* Conduct regular team management activities including weekly 1:1s, performance reviews, resource planning, and coaching, as well as forecasting and reporting.
* Provide leadership and development to the team, leveraging their strengths.
* Ensure client SLA targets are met in areas such as performance management, transition management, recruitment, quality management, and policy communication. Report directly to the function lead, with a primary focus on delivering business insights, context, and actionable strategies to close gaps.
Qualifications
* Over 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Team Lead, with a strong track record in building and managing high-performing teams.
* Proven expertise in fostering strategic relationships and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes with both clients and internal stakeholders, ideally within the dropshipper verticals.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in client-facing scenarios.
* Demonstrated experience in recruiting and hiring for high-performance agency account management sales teams.
* Proficiency with CRM systems or similar salesforce automation tools.
