A snapshot of your peer group
Degree-qualified in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
Typically 5+ years' experience in social media, digital marketing or communications roles, ideally within a large organisation, B2B brand or professional services environment
Strong copywriting, content creation and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in brand-governed or regulated environments
Responsibilities
Develop and execute KPMG Ireland's social media strategy aligned to brand, reputation and growth priorities
Own and manage the Irish social media content calendar across firmwide, sector and people-focused activity
Manage KPMG Ireland's social media channels, with a primary focus on
LinkedIn
, alongside X, Instagram and YouTube
Translate Irish market insights, campaigns and thought leadership into compelling social narratives
Create and publish high-quality, on-brand content (copy, imagery and short-form video), collaborating with internal teams and agencies where required
Partner with senior leaders, sector leads and subject matter experts to amplify insights and perspectives across social channels
Support employer branding and early careers activity, including graduate recruitment and people storytelling
Track, analyse and report on performance using social analytics and listening tools, using insights to optimise content and channel mix
Collaborate with digital and media colleagues on paid social campaigns and evaluate agency support
Ensure all activity aligns with KPMG's brand, legal, risk and compliance frameworks
