Job Description:

We are seeking a Part Time Administrator to join our team on a 20-25 hour basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overall administration duties including:

* Financial Transactions: Processing credit card payments and lodging cash in bank or post office
* Ad Hoc Payments: Processing ad hoc payments in a timely manner
* Data Management: Compiling and tracking information in Excel or databases, generation of sales invoices and tracking status of sales and purchase invoices
* Communication: Follow-up on outstanding debtor payments via email and submitting information to agencies/government bodies
* Project Work: Managing ad hoc projects and tasks as required


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

* Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and database management
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
