Due to our client’s expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Social Care Manager for a permanent role in Dundrum, Co. Tipperary.
The successful candidate will provide direct services to young people under the age of 12, in accordance with the policies and procedures established by our client.
To be considered for this role, interested applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Must have a minimum QQI level 7 qualification in Social Care.
2. Must hold or be enrolled in a programme leading to a management qualification suitable for a health or social care setting.
3. At least 4 years’ full-time work experience in a children’s residential care setting post-qualification.
4. Alternatively, the manager may hold a QQI level 8 qualification in social care with 3 years’ post-qualification work experience in a children’s residential care setting.
5. Strong knowledge of child protection, HIQA standards, and the ability to provide strong leadership to support a staff team of Social Care Workers and Leaders.
6. Full Clean Driver’s License preferred.
