We are hiring for our client, a leading commercial law firm in Dublin, seeking a
Technology Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE)
to join their highly respected Technology & Commercial practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor from a large or mid-tier firm to work with market-leading clients across technology, digital platforms, life sciences, regulated industries and global corporates.
The team advises on high-value commercial transactions, digital transformation projects, outsourcing, software agreements, cloud services, cybersecurity, AI governance, data protection compliance, and regulatory matters.
You will gain exposure to cutting-edge legal issues shaping the digital economy in Ireland and internationally.

The Role
Advise on a broad range of commercial technology matters, including software licensing, SaaS/Cloud agreements, outsourcing and digital services.
Support clients on GDPR, data protection compliance, DPC inquiries, AI governance and cybersecurity risk.
Assist on large-scale digital transformation and commercial projects for multinational organisations.
Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts for technology, IP and data-driven businesses.
Engage with clients across fast-moving sectors including fintech, digital platforms, pharma/health tech, telecoms and financial services.
Work closely with senior team members on advisory, transactional and regulatory mandates.
The Person
Qualified Solicitor with
NQ-2 years' PQE
, ideally trained in a large commercial firm.
Experience in
commercial contracts, technology law or data protection
(training seat or post-qualification).
Strong drafting and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Client-focused, commercially minded, proactive and eager to develop specialist expertise in technology law.
Ability to manage competing deadlines and work collaboratively within a high-performing team.
