Main FunctionEnsure accurate, timely, and compliant management of warehouse inventory by monitoring stock levels, maintaining records in ERP systems, and coordinating internal stock issuance. Support operational efficiency and inventory integrity while assisting the Supply Chain Manager in maintaining smooth and effective warehouse operations.Key Accountabilities:Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/WMS systemsAssist with cycle counts and physical stock countsMonitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and stockoutsEnsure timely issuance of materials for production and internal requirementsTrack outstanding stock issues and communicate to Cross-functional DepartmentFollow up with suppliers or internal teams to resolve operational challengesEnsure invoices and stock documentation are accurate and submitted on timeMinimum Requirements: Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, or a related field Alternatively, relevant college-level courses or professional certifications in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain management 3–5 years' experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or stock management Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to track variances and analyze stock trends Effective communication and follow-up skills Reliable, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines Proficiency in ERP/Ross systems
