Red Chair Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Reservations Supervisor for one of our clients, a 4* hotel based in Tralee, Co. Kerry.
This role is a 8-12 week full time contract.
You will be the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. While also being responsible for ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, managing reservations, coordinating with various hotel departments, and providing information and assistance to guests.
REQUIREMENTS
* At least 2 years of hotel reservations experience essential.
* Experience with group and tour bookings to include book-outs.
* Liaising with tour operators, coach companies and tour agents.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the experience to guests, tour groups and customers throughout their stay.
* Experience with using hotel software such as Hotsoft and Opera.
* To be well presented with a polite and professional manner.
* Excellent organization, communication and time management skills.
* Flexible approach to working hours as this role includes mornings, evenings, and weekends.
PACKAGE ON OFFER
* Competitive hourly rate of €15.00 – €20.00 per hour dependent on experience.
* Free parking & meals on duty.
