Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative professional to lead the development of visual communication strategies for clinical trials. As an Associate Director, Graphic Design & Animation, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and inclusive content that supports patient engagement across the clinical portfolio.
This role requires strong expertise in graphic design and animation, as well as excellent collaboration and project management skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key priorities and ensure alignment of health literacy initiatives with broader clinical trial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and production of high-quality, health literate visual content, including graphics, animations, and multimedia materials tailored to diverse patient populations.
* Ensure all content is culturally sensitive and inclusive, addressing the needs of underserved and harder-to-reach patient groups.
* Collaborate within Patient Engagement and with cross-functional teams to identify key priorities and ensure alignment of health literacy initiatives with broader clinical trial objectives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related discipline.
* Minimum 5 years experience in graphic design and animation roles dedicated to reaching healthcare consumers, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
* Minimum 3 years of experience leading/managing a key part of portfolio or business process.
