Project Manager Role
As a skilled project manager, you will lead medium-sized projects through the organization's Project Management Office (PMO). Your goal is to ensure timely completion of projects by assembling and guiding project teams.
This role requires a high degree of organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for recording customer requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders to establish project deliverables.
1. Estimate and manage project budgets throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that they are aligned with organizational goals.
2. Develop project schedules and timelines to meet stakeholder expectations and project deadlines.
3. Identify, assess, monitor, and close project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
