We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee the daily operations of our business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
* Manage inventory levels, procurement processes, and supplier relationships.
* Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
* Coordinate with various departments, including sales, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
* Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
* Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the industry or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems.
