Third Party Risk Management / Data Privacy Contract (Immediate Start Required)

We are partnering with a client in Cork who is seeking an experienced Third Party Risk Management / Data Privacy Contractor to support ongoing vendor risk, GDPR, and data protection activities.
Role Overview
In this role, you will support the execution of third-party risk and data privacy processes, with a strong focus on GDPR compliance, vendor engagement, and documentation. You'll manage multiple third parties in parallel, progress outstanding actions, and maintain accurate reporting and tracking across the TPRM lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for third-party vendors, driving actions and obtaining required documentation.
Reconcile vendor lists, conduct research, and verify organisational details.
Support rollout, execution, and tracking of Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
Perform third-party compliance and TOMs assessments, review responses, and support remediation.
Maintain trackers, metrics, and reporting, contributing to ongoing TPRM and data privacy process improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
Hands‑on experience in Third Party Risk Management, Data Protection, Risk & Compliance, or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of GDPR, particularly third-party processing obligations.
Experienced with compliance assessments, tracking tools (e.g., SharePoint), and vendor engagement.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple vendors in parallel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
