About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to drive sales growth and expand our market presence through effective product promotion and customer engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
* Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets by fostering strong relationships with key customers and identifying new business opportunities.
* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of endoscopy products, including features, benefits, technical specifications, and clinical applications.
* Deliver compelling presentations to clinicians, unit managers, and nursing staff to showcase capital equipment, consumables, and services.
* Educate customers and team members on product handling, new technologies, and techniques employed in using the equipment.
* Maintain accurate sales records, expense reports, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business or Science.
* Proven sales history and/or clinical procedure expertise in the hospital setting, preferably in endoscopy.
* Capital sales experience is a significant advantage.
* Key skills include Sales and Territory Analysis, Budget Management, and Presentation skills.
