About the Role:
The Clinical Nurse Manager plays a pivotal role in leading healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care to residents. Key responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.
* Assessing and planning nursing care to meet individual resident needs
* Leading the nursing team in delivering high-quality care, promoting resident dignity and well-being
* Preparing and administering medications according to established protocols
* Maintaining resident hygiene and personal care standards while upholding dignity at all times
* Providing palliative care for residents nearing end-of-life and supporting their families during this challenging time
* Acting as a liaison with the Director of Nursing in their absence or emergency situations
* Collaborating with the Director of Nursing to develop, implement, and evaluate nursing strategies and service plans within set parameters
* Ensuring efficient use of supplies and equipment, optimizing resource allocation
Key Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years post-registration experience
* Demonstrated track record in team management and performance optimization
* At least 3 years' experience in caring for the elderly
* Ongoing professional development commitment
* Able to motivate and manage the nursing team effectively
