Duties:
* Managing and engaging with Stakeholders.
* Representing the company at various forums.
* Developing and managing new projects.
* Supporting the Sales team with energy services campaigns and any other material.
* Draft and review contracts as needed.
* Managing the Quality Management System which includes documentation for both internal and external audits.
* Be the point of contact with third parties as required.
* Projects and adhoc requests as may be required from time to time.
Experience
* Previous experience working in an Executive position.
* BA in Business or similar
* Experience of dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Previous experience working with Salesforce is a plus.
* Proven ability to organise and prioritise work assignments.
* Full clean driver’s license is a bonus.
* Be a team player, showing flexibility in your approach.
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook & Powerpoint).
