Responsibilities
Lead and manage electrical design packages through all project stages.
Ensure compliance with client standards, statutory regulations, and building codes.
Coordinate electrical systems with CSA and mechanical disciplines.
Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals for accuracy and constructability.
Identify and mitigate design risks, supporting planning and commercial teams.
Develop and track design deliverables, schedules, RFIs, and key project registers.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
Support value engineering, sustainability initiatives, and off-site manufacturing strategies.
Assist with tender submissions and pre-construction activities where required.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ post-graduate experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or data centre sectors.
Strong understanding of statutory consent and building regulations processes.
Proven technical design and construction coordination experience.
Experience leading meetings and managing multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in BIM and Revit.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced project environments.
