Job Summary
The person will be responsible for the efficient operation and management of the reception. Greeting patients and making them feel welcome. The ability to be proactive in a busy working environment.
Excellent communication skills and provide the highest level of customer care.
Duties will include:
* Dealing with patients on the phone, via email and in person in a helpful and professional manner
* Assist clients with bookings using our online booking system, Mindbody. Help them download the APP and showing them how to use it on their phones.
* Booking appointments, taking payments, creating receipts, ordering supplies, managing stock.
* Sign clients into class efficiently as they arrive to the studio.

Qualifications and Skills
* Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office: Word, Excel
* Customer service experience.
* Excellent communication skills. Reliable, friendly, enthusiastic and motivated.
* Coordination and organisational skills.
* Work well within a Team. Highly professional appearance and manner.
* Organised and able to multi task
* Ability to work on own initiative
