We are seeking an exceptional client onboarding specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless implementation of new clients into our system.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Client Onboarding: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of operational transactions.
2. Transaction Management: Manage a portfolio of companies operating employee share plans, interacting with customers/clients on operational transactions and executing timely processing of operational transactions.
3. Documentation and Process Development: Organize, develop, and maintain procedural and process documentation related to client companies' programs to ensure accurate transaction processing and minimize risk.
4. Project Implementation: Assist in identifying new system tools and enhancements to existing systems, implementing projects to enhance business operations.
