About the Role
* As a key member of our team, you will serve as a global subject matter expert for small-molecule drug products and packaging.
You will lead in industrializing tablets, capsules, and injectable products, ensuring smooth transfer to internal sites and contract manufacturers (CMOs), with continuous improvement across our global network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the global authority on small-molecule oral solid dose (OSD) and/or parenteral drug product manufacturing technologies.
* Lead process characterization for drug product manufacturing, including critical process parameters definition and control strategies development.
* Manage technology transfer of drug product and packaging processes to internal sites and CMOs for compliant implementation.
* Liaise with regulatory bodies to validate processes according to Takeda standards.
