We are currently recruiting a Bartender to join our Food and Beverage Team at the Great National Ballykisteen Golf Hotel for weekend shifts.

The ideal candidate: 1+ years Bar experience, ideally from a busy bar background.
Good cocktail knowledge essential, and Mixology experience a plus Knowledge of local and state regulations related to the bar industry Team player with the ability to multitask and have excellent presentation skills with a fine eye for detail.
A true people person who can deliver exceptional customer service with confidence and professionalism.
Ability to take the initiative and demonstrate working independently while handling multiple responsibilities and following up on queries and inquiries as part of a daily routine.
Level-headed with strong problem-solving skills and a natural ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to problems.
