Lead Care Manager Position
We are seeking an exceptional Lead Care Manager to oversee and assist in providing high-quality care to vulnerable individuals. This role involves managing a team of carers, ensuring efficient on-boarding, rostering, training, and overall welfare.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver Platinum 20-hour Carer Induction Training to prepare carers for client care.
* Monitor daily activities using One Touch Care Management software, ensuring safeguarding and compliance.
* Communicate closely with the Support Office regarding scheduling, client care, and HSE communication.
* Identify, monitor, and manage training needs within the team, implementing a career development path.
* Ensure Client Quality Assurance reviews meet Platinum Homecare and HSE Standards.
Requirements:
* QQI Level 6 Health Services Supervisory Management Skills (or higher).
* 3-5 years' experience in Home Care or Community Care Sector in a Supervisory or Management role.
* Experience in using One Touch Care Management software is preferable.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Well organised and process driven.
