What’s the job?
* You’ll play a key role in driving the commercial performance of our insurance portfolio by leveraging data-driven insights and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of partner requirements
* You’ll be responsible for performance management, reporting, and Product enhancement to deliver better outcomes for customers, product profitability and market competitiveness
* You’ll work with market leading insurance products in the Direct to Consumer and B2B space. You will apply agile methodology and disciplined execution to deliver to the highest standard using best practice processes and extensive customer and stakeholder management
* You’ll support the creation of new product features and improvements to our current proposition so they remain competitive in the market and meet customer needs
* You’ll check marketing content (such as PR releases and website copy) to make sure it accurately describes our products
* You’ll review and help update the official insurance documents (policy wording, IPIDs) to make sure they are clear, accurate and up to date
* You’ll respond to questions and referrals from customers, liaising with our Underwriters and Claims team where necessary.
What are we looking for?
* You’ll understand financial services and the regulated environment
* You’ll have previous insurance experience or data led role experience – Pet insurance specific would be advantageous
* You’ll have advanced computer literacy and understanding of systems and processes supporting the same and servicing of insurance products
* You’ll ideally have experience of working with Tableau, Power BI or similar data tools
* You’ll understand how product decisions impact business outcomes, customer satisfaction and marketing positioning
* You’ll be open to change and willing to challenge the norm
