Reporting directly to the General Manager of Base Maintenance, you will be the driving force behind lead generation and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities Identify and convert new business opportunities worldwide to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Cultivate long-term partnerships with airlines, cargo operators, and leasing companies.
Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends and refine our value proposition.
Prepare high-impact presentations and represent the company at major international trade events and conferences.
Manage the sales lifecycle through the CRM, ensuring data-driven decision-making and accurate reporting.
The Ideal Candidate A dynamic \"self-starter\" who thrives in fast-paced environments.
You should possess: A Degree or equivalent aircraft maintenance qualification.
Minimum of 3 years in the aviation sector with a proven track record in sales processes.
Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
Ability to speak multiple languages is not essential but would be advantageous.
