Media Sales Account Manager - Radio
At Staffline Recruitment we are working on behalf of our client, a leading Dublin radio station, who are seeking to recruit an experienced Media Advertising Sales Executive to join their expanding sales team.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing an existing portfolio of clients while proactively identifying and securing new advertising partners.
This is a dynamic, target-driven role suited to a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced media environment and enjoys building strong, long-term business relationships.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Manage and grow an established client base
2. Identify, prospect and convert new advertising clients
3. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
4. Develop tailored advertising proposals across a wide range of industries
5. Deliver and exceed monthly sales targets
6. Maximise revenue through up-selling and strong account management
7. Maintain high levels of customer retention through excellent service
8. Negotiate effectively and close deals confidently
Interested applicants will meet the following requirements:
9. Minimum 3 years' experience in a fast-paced sales role (media sales experience highly desirable)
10. Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding targets
11. Demonstrated ability to work on your own initiative and close sales independently
12. Strong prospecting skills and pipeline management experience
13. Excellent negotiation and closing ability
14. A genuine drive and ambition to exceed sales goals
15. Full driver's license and own transport

This permanent position will offer a salary in the region of €50,000 with an OTE of up to €80,000 per annum. The role will be based in Dublin City Centre with a flexible hybrid working model.
