The Role:

Main Responsibilities:

1. Workforce Planning & Talent: Support headcount planning, succession, and skills mapping; advise on recruitment and role design.

2. HR Systems: Lead rollout and adoption of digital HR tools; streamline processes.
">
3. Manager Support: Coach managers on performance, engagement, and development.
">
4. Engagement & Culture: Drive surveys, action plans, and wellbeing initiatives.
">
5. HR Operations & ER: Manage onboarding, ER cases, and ensure compliance.
">
6. Data & Insights: Analyse HR metrics and deliver dashboards to inform decisions.
">
7. Projects: Lead HR initiatives that enhance systems, policies, and team culture.
">

Requirements:

Necessary Qualifications:
">
">
8. 5+ years experience as HR Generalist/Business Partner in Ireland.
">
9. Degree Qualified - Level 7 HRM.
">
10. Strong ER case management and strategic planning experience.
">
11. Skilled in HRIS tools, data analysis, and workforce development.
