Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Escalation Resolution Specialist to join our team. As an Escalation Resolution Specialist, you will play a critical role in coordinating and driving the resolution of complex technical issues and incidents.





* At least 3 years of experience in managing highly technical customer escalations in the software industry.

* A strong background in utilizing pager duty and managing incidents.

* Demonstrated expertise in conducting customer-facing and internal technical root cause analysis.
