Senior Project Manager M&A and Business Change Job Description: Our client, a leading asset management firm, is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead merger and acquisition (M&A) integration and business change initiatives. This is a contract role based in Dublin City Centre. Hybrid model and 6-12 months minimum. Job Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex M&A and business change projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integration and transformation objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals. Monitor progress and performance, and report on project status to executive leadership. Facilitate workshops and project meetings to drive progress and resolve issues. Manage budgets, change requests, and ensure projects adhere to governance standards. Ensure all documentation and reporting complies with internal and regulatory requirements. Experience Required Minimum 8 years of experience managing large-scale projects, with a strong focus on M&A and organisational change. Proven track record of delivering business-critical programmes within financial services or a similarly regulated environment. Experience managing cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and complex stakeholder landscapes. Desirable Skills Strong knowledge of post-merger integration practices and business change methodologies. Familiarity with asset management or wider financial services operations. Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent). Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills. Experience with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence. Educational Requirements Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field. Additional qualifications in Project or Programme Management are highly beneficial.
