What you will be doing:
1. Review and moderate flagged content to ensure alignment with community standards.
2. Investigate and resolve user issues with empathy and accuracy.
3. Monitor abuse reports and enforce platform policies.
4. Analyse data to improve user experience and identify workflow inefficiencies.
5. Spot trends and escalate critical issues to global teams.
Who are we looking for?
6. A native Russian speaker with in-depth cultural knowledge of the Russian market.
7. Fluent in English (B2 minimum).
8. Already authorized to work in Ireland – no relocation or visa sponsorship available.
9. Resilient, empathetic, and detail oriented.
10. Comfortable working full-time on-site in Dublin (no hybrid or remote options).
