As a Technical Sales Person, you will be responsible for promoting and presenting products/services to customers, establishing and maintaining business relationships with contractors and architects, and closing quotations and sales opportunities.

* Assessing customer requirements and determining product specifications.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in the construction industry.
* Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
* A strong understanding of construction projects and industry knowledge.
* Strong PC skills and MS Office knowledge.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and target driven.
