We are seeking an experienced Operational Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all hotel services.

* Staff Development and Quality Control
* Guest Service Excellence and Store Management
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent customer focus, a proactive attitude, strong strategic thinking skills, and PC skills/MS Office.
