The ideal candidate is someone who has consistently worked in top kitchens throughout their career.
Preferably, candidates will have experience in hotels rated 4 Star Deluxe or above. Experience with Relais & Chateaux and kitchens with at least 2 AA Rosettes would be advantageous. Since a significant part of the role involves working with chocolate, confidence in this area is essential.
