Sales Planning and Performance Management Expert
At the forefront of innovative AI-enhanced technology, we are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of complex Anaplan models. This role is pivotal in driving sales planning, forecasting, and performance management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping workshops to streamline operations.
* Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
* Participate in end-to-end activities related to implementation planning, including project management, issue management, communication, and change management.
* Work closely with the business, design, engineering, and product teams to create digital transformation experiences.
* Contribute to User Acceptance testing and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience working with enterprise selling processes and corresponding SaaS and Sales metrics.
* Anaplan Certified Model Builder (Level 1, 2, and The Anaplan Way).
* Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions.
* Ability to effectively communicate information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
