We value detail, structure, creativity and people who close the loop and get things done.We are growing through repeat business, trusted relationships and new wins.We now need a full timeSenior Event Project Managerto grow with us.This is a full time permanent role.Why you might love this roleYou enjoy owning the operational detail of complex corporate events, not just one part of the chain.You like working in a small team where your work is visible and genuinely makes a difference.You are motivated by global projects, trusted client relationships and onsite time delivering events.Snapshot of event locations for 2026 events: Marbella, Punta Cana, Lisbon, Sønderborg, Dublin, Boston, Barcelona + many more RFP's in the piepline.What you will doYou will work directly with our MD and wider team, leading on international B2B events from brief to debrief, including:Owning timelines, task lists and delivery standards across multiple projectsActing as day to day client contact and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholdersPreparing and presenting status updates, proposals, site visit reports, running orders and debriefsSupporting RFP responses, proposal development and pitch presentationsCollaborating with the wider team to improve processes, tools and ways of workingThe three lanes of the roleYour strongest lane will beEvent Operations, and you will also work acrossEvent StrategyandEvent Production.Event Operations your core laneThis is where you will spend most of your time.Lead the operational delivery of international B2B eventsManage hotels, rooming lists, travel, F&B, transfers and social eventsOversee registration journeys and data, using Stova or similar tools with colleaguesOwn budgets, cost sheets, supplier contracts and financial reconciliationsProduce detailed timelines, manifests, briefing notes and onsite schedulesKeep clients informed with clear, proactive communication and regular updatesEvent StrategySupport clients in shaping event purpose, objectives and success measuresHelp design agendas, formats and session concepts that keep people engagedContribute ideas that avoid death by PowerPoint and encourage interactionSupport with speaker suggestions, briefings and content flow for plenary and breakoutsEvent ProductionLiaise with AV and production partners on room layouts, technical specifications and show flowsSupport stage set and screen content planning, including holding slides, walk on music and video contentAssist with show calling or stage management during live sessions where neededSupport exhibition or sponsor areas, including floor plans and exhibitor coordination where relevantAbout youMinimum three years experience running corporate events in an event agency environmentStrong and proven Event Operations background, with confidence owning the operational detail of complex eventsHands on experience in Event Strategy and Event Production, or a clear appetite to develop further in bothExperience delivering international events with multi day programmesExcellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with a habit of checking your work before it reaches the clientConfident in leading client communication and calls, and comfortable having honest, grown up conversationsExperience with Microsoft 365 and event technology such as Stova or similar registration platformsComfortable working remotely in a small, high trust team, with a calm and professional approach during busy periodsWilling and able to travel internationally for site visits and events, including periods of up to seven to nine consecutive days onsiteTravel and onsite expectationsGlobal travel is a meaningful and rewarding part of this role.Our events take place globally, so you will travel several times per year for site visits and live events as part of a small, supportive team.Travel will be a mix of shorter trips for site inspections and longer trips for event deliverySome projects involve being onsite for a full event weekThese trips are planned well in advance and you will be supported before, during and after each eventOnsite days can be busy, with some early starts or late finishes, so you should enjoy the buzz of live delivery and working closely with clients and suppliersBetween events there are quieter periods focused on planning, follow up and project work.We work remotely, with the option of hybrid working from our office inSwords, Dublinbeside Dublin Airport.What we offerFull time permanent role -
