A Site Foreman/Manager and a Site Engineer are required in Galway (east side of the county).
Your new company Galway-based construction company with years of experience across a variety of sectors including commercial, residential, hospitality and industrial.
Due to continued growth in the west of Ireland, they are now seeking to recruit a Site Foreman/Manager and a Site Engineer for projects in Galway (on the east side of the county).
As Site Foreman / Manager, you should have at least 5 years' experience with a main contractor and have previous experience of supervising projects to tight deadlines and to a very high standard, including health and safety.
Previous experience of residential, education or commercial projects would be beneficial.
Candidates with either an engineering or trades background will be considered.
You will need to have experience in coordination of subcontractors, control programme with preparation of look-ahead programmes to facilitate the successful completion of the works on time.
You must be experienced and fully computer-literate and have proven experience in preparation of progress reports, chairing site meetings.
The ability to communicate with clients, architects, engineers is essential.
Be fully familiar with current Health and Safety Construction regulations.
Immediate start - full-time permanent position based in the west of Ireland.

The company is looking for someone that can add their experience of having worked on a wide range of projects (schools, commercial, residential, large fit outs etc) The salary / package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
For the Site Engineer role, you will need to be proficient at setting out and, ideally, have more than 3 years of experience working on construction projects in Ireland.
