The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We are looking for a Talent Solutions Account Executive to join our team in tapping into potential client opportunities and generating new business. You will be responsible for responding to inbound inquiries as well as outbound activity in your region. You will strategically approach target companies and teams, identify the best technology options, and sell corporate recruitment solutions. While striving to meet and exceed quota, you will always act in the best interest of the client.
Responsibilities:
* Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and develop strong relationships with prospects
* Create reliable forecasts and maintain transparency with management regarding pipeline status
* Consistently close new business at or above quota
* Develop and execute a strategic plan for your territory, and share competitive insights
* Invest in colleagues by providing coaching and advice for improvement
* Contribute to developing best practices for the team
* Share market needs and insights with product and marketing teams
* Proactively solve problems and take on additional initiatives as needed
* Seek leadership opportunities and support the company's larger objectives
Basic Qualifications:
* 2+ years of relevant sales experience
* Fluency in German and English
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with recruiting, recruitment media, and HR software
* Experience with SaaS and Salesforce.com platform
* Experience selling IT or recruiting solutions
* Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions
* Strong negotiation and forecasting skills
* Ability to manage high-level business in an evangelist sales environment
* Data-driven decision-making skills
* Ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously and compete effectively
