Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Financial Services Administrator
to join our Dublin-based team at
Mount Street Group
,
Sandymount
. This role suits someone with strong pension, life assurance, and financial services administration experience who enjoys supporting advisors, working closely with clients and providers, and managing detailed processes with consistency and accuracy. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth workflows across pension and protection business while contributing to an efficient and professional client service experience.

Summary of Responsibilities

* Act as a key point of contact for providers, clients, and advisors, ensuring all administrative requirements are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
* Manage and maintain client records, supporting the administration of individual and group pension and life assurance policies.
* Assist with annual reviews, renewal processes, policy updates, and preparation of client reports.
* Provide administrative and technical support to advisors, including document preparation, data gathering, and policy tracking.
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory obligations across all administrative workflows.

Key Skills Required

* QFA qualification (required).
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a pensions, life assurance, or financial services administration role.
* Strong accuracy, organisational capability, and consistency in managing administrative tasks.
* Proficiency with CRM systems, provider platforms, and MS Excel; strong document management skills.
* Clear and professional communication style, with the ability to work effectively within a team and handle multiple priorities.
* Extensive understanding of Irish pension structures, life products, and related regulatory requirements.
