This is a full-time role suited to someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is available to work evening shifts Monday to Friday.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email.
* Handle a high volume of calls and emails efficiently and with a positive attitude.
* Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses to queries, always aiming for first-contact resolution.
* Ensure every customer feels heard, valued, and well-supported.
* Work closely with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
* Stay up to date with product knowledge and company procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
* 1–3 years’ experience in customer service or a related role.
* Full-time availability in Ireland, with the legal right to work here.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Friendly, professional, and calm under pressure.
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Strong time management and a commitment to punctuality.
