Job Title: Person in Charge
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Person in Charge.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, supporting staff, and overseeing the centre's operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Service Delivery: Ensure Personal Plans, Risk Assessments, and Behavioural Support Plans are up-to-date and that services are delivered to the highest possible quality and safety standards.
* Mentorship and Leadership: Provide mentorship and leadership to your team daily.
* Staff Management: Manage staff team to provide support to individuals and coordinate input from other individuals as required.
* Centre Operations: Oversee the service as necessary, across shifts, to ensure effective and efficient services are delivered within the centre.
Requirements:
* Level 7/8 Degree in a Health or Social related qualification (or suitable equivalent qualification with management qualification in healthcare).
* Full Clean Driver's license.
* Minimum 3 years managerial experience within a similar health or social care setting.
