Architectural Visualizer / Construction Animator – Mayo / Sligo
Location: Mayo / SligoType: Full-time, Permanent
Arcon Recruitment is seeking a talented Architectural Visualizer / Construction Animator to join a progressive design and construction consultancy based in the Mayo / Sligo region.
This exciting role offers the opportunity to combine technical construction knowledge with advanced 3D visualisation and animation skills. The successful candidate will help bring complex construction concepts to life through realistic animations and renderings — showcasing how projects are built with clarity, precision, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality 3D visualisations and animations for construction and engineering projects.
Work closely with design and project teams to accurately communicate construction sequences and methods.
Develop rendered visuals, motion graphics, and post-production videos for presentations and project proposals.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to visually demonstrate safe and efficient build processes.
Manage multiple visualisation tasks, ensuring all outputs meet brand and quality standards.
Contribute to creative storytelling and technical visual communication across projects.
Skills & Experience
A qualification in Architecture, Design, or Construction Technology, with further training or experience in visualisation and animation.
Knowledge of construction sequencing and site operations is highly desirable.
Proficient in the following software tools:
Advanced Modelling: Revit, ArchiCAD, and/or 3DS Max
Animation: 3DS Max
Rendering: Chaos Vantage, Chaos V-Ray, Unreal Engine, and/or NVIDIA Omniverse
Post-Production: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro
Strong creative and technical abilities with excellent attention to detail, lighting, and movement.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a project team.
Ideal Candidate
This role would suit either:
An experienced visualizer or construction animator with a background in architecture or engineering, or
A recent graduate who has developed strong 3D visualisation and animation skills through education or project work.
